IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF DISCLOSURES TO THIRD PARTIES, YOU MAY CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BRANCH TO CHANGE YOUR PRIVACY OPTIONS.

Any privacy options you have already chosen will remain in effect until you submit a change in writing. Any changes submitted will take effect in a reasonable period of time, approximately 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of such notice.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our employees who need to know that information in order for us to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non¬-public personal information.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license and other identifying documents
